Can I make my own gluten free gift hamper?

Yes of course.

  • Click on "Create my own hamper"
  • Choose which type of presentation you would like eg: wicker hamper, gift box etc.
  • Select your items
  • Choose the country of delivery and then checkout
  • Enter your billing details and delivery address
  • Choose your desired delivery date (please be aware that we cannot guarantee courier schedules, but we will do our best to get your order there when you want it)
  • Write your personalised message, if required

 

Can I order gluten free food and drink without a hamper?
Yes, just click on "Food and Drink" and make your selections.

 

Can I add items to a pre selected hamper?

Yes, just continue shopping and select "Food and drink". Choose the additional items you require and checkout

 

Can I change items in a  pre-selected hamper?

Yes, just call us on 01360 440066 to make your changes, or email info@glutenfreehampers.co.uk

 

How long will it take my goods to arrive?

Using our express service goods are sent by courier on a 24 hour service to most of mainland UK. Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands may take 2 days.

 

Can I choose my delivery date?

Yes. At the checkout you can enter your desired delivery date. We will despatch allowing for normal courier schedules, but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Fresh produce cannot be despatched for transit over a weekend and so cannot be delivered on a Monday.

 

How can I include a personalised greeting?

At the checkout you have the opportunity to write a personal message for inclusion on a greetings card.

 

Can I send a hamper to a different address from my billing address?

Yes. At the checkout you can enter a delivery address after you have completed your billing address.

 

Can I send hampers to more than one address?

Yes, but you will need to process each delivery address as a separate order.

How can I track my order?

We will send you an email when your order is shipped with the consignment number which will allow you to track your delivery online via the courier's website.

 

What time of day will my order be delivered?

Orders are delivered between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and must be signed for.

 

What is the last date I can order for Christmas delivery?
