GlutenFreeHampers.co.uk creates and delivers gluten-free gift hampers to addresses within the UK and Europe.

Acceptance of terms

By visiting this website, placing an order and/or making a purchase you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and such other policies as may be shown on our website or notified to you from time to time, which together constitute the entire agreement between us.  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise. 

Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for future reference.

GlutenFreeHampers.co.uk is part of Endrick Trading Ltd which is a company registered in Scotland (registration number SC258572). Our registered office is at 14 Dunmore Street, Balfron, Stirling, Scotland, G63 0TX.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time and any changes will be shown on the website.

Privacy Policy and Data Protection

We will treat all your personal information as confidential and process your personal data in accordance with the relevant and up to date data protection legislation, in force from time to time. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on what personal data we hold, what we do with that data and how long we will keep it.

Your Account

You may register with us when purchasing items using this Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for preventing unauthorised access to your account. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, so please take all necessary precautions to ensure that the username and password is kept confidential and secure. Please inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your username and/or password has become known to anyone else, or are being, or are likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

Please ensure the details you provide us with on registration are correct, complete and up to date. Inform us immediately of any changes to those details (e.g. change of email or postal address). You can access and update your details using the 'Your Account' area of the Website.
We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we do cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

You can delete your Account at any time by emailing or writing to us, although please note we will keep an anonymous record of your orders for tax purposes.

Hampers and Gift Box Listings

While photography and descriptions are intended to be accurate, plates, glasses, boxes and other props shown in photographs may not be included in a hamper unless specifically listed in contents.
GlutenFreeHampers.co.uk reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if, for any reason, those stated are unavailable at the time of despatch.

Content & Intellectual Property Rights

All photographs, copy, images, graphics contained within this website are wholly owned by Endrick Trading Ltd. Any parties found to be using or copying any element of this website(s) without permission including our products or product descriptions will be deemed to be infringing our copyright.

Company names, designs, logos or graphics which constitute trademarks owned by third parties are included entirely for the benefit of the respective trademark owners and Gluten Free Hampers (Endrick Trading Ltd) intends no infringement of such trademarks.

Substitution Items

We fully expect to fulfill all orders placed. However, if we are unable to fulfill an order in whole or in part, Gluten Free Hampers (Endrick Trading Ltd) reserves the right to substitute any item with an item of equal or greater value than the original, or issue a refund for the product. This applies to items within Hampers, Gift Boxes and mixed orders.

Descriptions of products

We have made every effort to display the details, colours and prices of items on the Website as accurately as possible. Errors and omissions are excluded. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications, descriptions and quantities of items displayed on our Website without prior notice.

Although we try to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling

it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the Website at any point.

Perishable Goods

Endrick Trading Ltd will not be held responsible for any illness, food poisoning from any orders which contain perishable foods. Our products are all despatched in good condition and we cannot be held responsible when perishable items are not delivered in time and within their best before date. Please do not process your order if you are not fully satisfied within this condition.

Sale of Alcohol

By law we cannot sell products containing alcohol to persons under the age of 18. Proof of ID may be requested. When you place an order for an alcoholic product using this Website, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. It is illegal to buy restricted products if you are under age or for someone else who is underage. Where you place an order but are under that age you are in material breach of contract and in breach of the law. The holder of the credit or debit card, which you use, will be fully liable for all sums charged in connection with any such order.

Payment

Products are invoiced in GBP sterling at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Prices displayed on the Website include Value Added Tax which will be charged at the appropriate rate. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. For business or corporate purchasers, we may, at our discretion, allow such customers to make payment after receiving an invoice from us. This may be subject to satisfactory credit references.

All items remain the property of Gluten Free Hampers (Endrick Trading Ltd) until payment is received in full.\

You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified. We accept no liability if you provide an incorrect delivery address.


If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. If you are a business or corporate purchaser but have not paid by credit card you will be refunded by cheque as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Gluten Free Hampers (Endrick Trading Ltd) do not keep your card details. Should we need to issue a refund due to a price change or item being out of stock we will need to re-contact you to obtain your card details.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of data when communicating with us via email. Accordingly please do not send us payment information using email.

Promotions and Promotional Codes

If you have a published Gluten Free Hampers promotion code, please note that offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and only one offer per household may apply.

Cancellations

Unless your order is a multiple or bulk order, you may cancel your order up to 72 hours prior to the despatch date although this will incur a small administration charge. If you wish to cancel, please contact us by emailling office@endricktrading.co.uk or calling 01360 504252. As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being despatched. If your order has already been despatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy. Orders for bespoke items, or multiple or bulk items, may be cancelled only at the discretion of Gluten Free Hampers (Endrick Trading Ltd).

Delivery

Delivery charge is an additional cost. Please refer to our Delivery Information for full details.
Please note some products may not be suitable for deliveries outside the UK/EU. These are clearly marked in the hamper/gift box descriptions. Please note that we may be unable to deliver to specific countries depending on their particular laws. Furthermore, the importation may attract a fee/duty, which the recipient may be required to pay although you may elect to pay this on their behalf. We accept no liability should local customs authorities wish to inspect or confiscate any particular item contained within the gift, or change any import duty. Gluten Free Hampers cannot guarantee that your goods will arrive in the same condition that they were dispatched should this be the case.

Christmas Dispatch

Orders for Christmas delivery must be received by Endrick Trading Ltd no later than the deadlines shown on our Christmas Delivery page. Endrick Trading Ltd will endeavour to despatch all orders to comply with the Customers' requested delivery date. However, Endrick Trading Ltd does not accept any liability for the delay from any third party causes which results in delivery being made late.

Allergens

Please note that some food items may contain allergens such as nuts, egg, milk & gluten and you should be aware that our hampers are stored and packaged in environments in which nuts may be present. Details of ingredients of item are as supplied by the manufacturer, are shown on manufacturers' packaging and/or on our website(s) and are available on request.

Losses

We will be responsible for any losses you suffer as a direct result of us breaching these Terms and Conditions if those losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us at the time the contract for the sale of items by us to you was formed. We will not be responsible to you or any third party for any business loss (including loss of revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, data or goodwill) or any other loss or damage which does not result directly from our actions or the actions of our sub-contractors or agents, is consequential or was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when the contract between us was formed.

Our liability to you under these Terms and Conditions will not exceed the total price charged for the items purchased. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes our liability to you for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Invalidity

If any of the terms and conditions forming the contract between us are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, it will be deemed severable and not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

Waiver

If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no action we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in other situations where you are in breach.

Customer Complaints

Gluten Free Hampers (Endrick Trading Ltd) make every effort to ensure a consistently high level of customer care. However, we do take complaints very seriously and have strict procedures to ensure that they are dealt with fairly and effectively.   • the order number
  • a full description of goods which are the subject of the complaint. Please make this as informative as possible.
  • a contact name and telephone number and/or e-mail address.

We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within a maximum of 2 working days, providing a resolution to the complaint, or at the very least a timescale for such resolution, in which case you will, of course, be kept fully informed of progress. All complaints will be kept strictly confidential.
